In the MCU market, we offer 32-bit, high-performance microcontrollers with advanced computing power and rich peripheral support that meets the intelligent needs of the consumer electronics, industrial control and AIoT markets. Our MCU product line owns a number of intellectual property rights and is equipped with a patented compiled software toolchain, including database management, synthesis, layout, wiring, timing analysis and bitstream generation, which ensures high efficiency and reliability from design to production, mostly our mcu has CPLD Luts inside for extending application.

Regarding our DSP chips, on the other hand, is based on self-developed cores and RISC-V architecture, providing 32-bit fixed-point and floating-point processing capabilities, which are particularly suitable for applications requiring high-speed data processing and real-time control. Our DSP products integrate advanced peripherals and algorithm libraries such as ADC, PWM, QEP, CAP and analog comparators, as well as dedicated functions to support FOC algorithm calculations and motor control, providing powerful support for industrial control, motor drives and power management.

In terms of IGBT technology, we have adopted the world's leading trench structure + field cut-off type technology to optimize the current density and power loss of the devices, providing products with low saturation on-state voltage drop and high short-circuit current withstand. Our IGBT products are suitable for high-voltage power applications such as induction heating, motor drives and industrial power supplies, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.

In addition, our Intelligent Power Module (IPM) products integrate power devices, drive circuits and protection circuits in a single module, simplifying system design and improving overall reliability. Our driver IC products provide high breakdown voltage, high negative voltage tolerance, and high driving capability, as well as over-current protection, under-voltage protection, and anti-direction functions, providing customers with flexibility and safety in their system designs.
